Booking / Reservation & Pick-Up

- Our agent will meet you upon arrival in Mauritius.
- Bring a valid driver’s licence and passport/ID.
- Complete your contract, effect payment, and start exploring.
Verification of Documents
Drivers must present a valid licence and passport/ID. If documents are missing or invalid, the contract cannot be finalized, and the vehicle cannot be delivered.
In Case of Accident or Theft
- Contact our rental agency immediately.
- Complete the necessary paperwork with our support.
- Insurance deductible must be paid as per the rental agreement.
Vehicle Return / Drop-Off
Vehicles can be collected from your chosen location. Please plan your drop-off at least 30 minutes before your flight boarding time to avoid stress.

Airport Transfer Service
If you have excess luggage or arrive after a long flight, opt for our airport transfer service. We provide a 7-seater car or minibus to take you to your destination, while your rental scooter/car can be delivered later at your hotel, villa, or location of choice.
Driver&s Age & Licence Requirements
- Minimum driver’s age: 21 years.
- Minimum driving experience: 2 years.
- Scooter rentals: Licence categories A1/A2/A/B or equivalent required.
- Non-English/French licences require an International Driving Licence in English or French.
Road Safety & Police Checks
Speed Limits:
- Highway: up to 110 km/h
- Common roads: up to 60 km/h
- Residential areas: up to 30 km/h
Police may request:
- Driving licence
- Fire extinguisher
- Yellow chalk
- Agreed Statement of Facts form
Insurance Coverage & Deductibles
No deposit is required to book. In case of accident or damage:
- Car deductible: EUR 500
- Scooter deductible: EUR 200
Optional Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is available to further reduce financial responsibility. Personal belongings are not covered by insurance.
Fuel Policy
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided at delivery.
- Use only the recommended fuel type for your vehicle.
Payment Methods
- Accepted currencies: Euros (€), US Dollars ($), Mauritian Rupees (Rs).
- Payment options: Cash, Debit/Credit cards.
- Card payments include a 2.5% to 3.5% commission imposed by local banks.
Cancellations & Modifications
No deposit required. We trust our clients as they trust us. If you cannot honour your booking, kindly inform us via WhatsApp or Email.
Modifications:
- Car type: subject to availability and price adjustment.
- Duration: notify us 48 hours in advance for extensions. No refunds for early returns (exceptions may be considered with notice).
